Armenia has not paid its membership dues for three years. This was stated by Taalatbek Masadykov, the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.

"Armenia de facto does not participate in the organization's activities, while de jure it remains a full member of the CSTO. CSTO member states are discussing Armenia's status and the issue of depriving it of voting rights in the event of continued non-payment of membership dues. Yes, this issue is being discussed.

Recently, a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers was held in Kazan, where the foreign ministers discussed this issue in detail," he said.
